Gambling Help provides:

  • Financial counselling to help you deal with debts, and help you to budget and manage credit issues.

We have policies and procedures in place to protect the safety of clients who may be affected by domestic and family violence.

How we can support you

Our client team can discuss ways we can support you if you have received a fine or enforcement notice. Our team is specially trained to support you and discuss your situation in a way that promotes your safety and privacy. The ways we can support you depend on your circumstances and may include:

  • Update your contact details and who can access your account
  • Keep your information private and secure
  • Provide flexible payment assistance options
  • Work together to manage your debt and find the best solution for your situation
  • Provide contact details for support services if you need them
  • If you’re working with an advocate or financial counsellor, we can talk with them about your account with your consent.
